Telephone Support
Euphonix has partnered with Obedia to provide telephone technical support
to Euphonix Artist Series owners in the US, Canada and UK.
Telephone
technical support outside the US, Canada and UK will be handled by the authorized
Euphonix distributor in each country. Click

Prior to accessing phone support you must register your new Euphonix product(s)—see
registration page. All registration information is forwarded to Obedia
in order to verify product registration for phone support.
Free telephone support for Artist Series products is provided between 9:00
AM and 5:00 PM customer’s local time, Monday through Friday except holidays.
After
hours phone support is provided through the same number on fee basis subject
to agreement between the customer and Obedia on terms and conditions.
In addition
to specific Artist Series technical support during business hours, each Artist
Series product registered entitles owners in the US, Canada and UK to 15 minutes
of Obedia Support that may be used at the customer’s
discretion for support outside of business hours, DAW-related training, or
to assist with network integration.
